Security is never a higher tier at AXITRAQ. Every plan — from Basic to Custom — runs on the exact same architecture: per-company encryption, active dual-region hosting, automated backups, and zero-trust access controls. The list below is included with your Custom plan at no extra cost.
When you choose a region, your data never crosses that border. Within your region it runs live across two separate AWS data-centre locations simultaneously on Amazon RDS — genuine high availability, not just an overnight backup. If one location has a problem, the other keeps you running with no interruption.
Your company gets its own dedicated encryption key via AWS KMS. Not shared with other customers — and not accessible to AXITRAQ staff.

Export every record and file as an AES-256 encrypted archive protected by a passphrase only you know. On demand, anytime — no vendor lock-in.
Every action, change, and login is recorded with timestamp and user. Logs cannot be edited or deleted — critical for regulated industries.
TOTP two-factor via the AXITRAQ app or any authenticator, trusted-device management, brute-force lockout, and full login history — admin-enforceable.
Your data is separated from every other customer at the infrastructure level. Cross-tenant access is structurally prevented.
