Yes. Fuel and consumable usage can be recorded against assets and jobs, giving you running costs and consumption history for each asset across the fleet.
Can I manage clients, employees and contractors?
Yes. AXITRAQ's People Management covers employees, contractors and a full Clients module — including addresses, payment settings, and linking people and clients to jobs. It also includes an employee rewards points system.

Data & Security
Where is my data stored?
For UK customers your data is hosted in the United Kingdom (AWS London) across multiple availability zones for performance and resilience, giving you full UK data residency. You can confirm your data region any time on the Company page inside the platform.
How is my data kept secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with per-company encryption keys managed through a dedicated key management service (KMS). The platform runs on managed, automatically backed-up databases (RDS) with redundancy across multiple data centres in your region.

AXITRAQ has four plans: Basic at £25.99/month, Standard at £52.99/month and Premium at £105.99/month (all ex VAT), plus a Custom plan from £105.99/month where you configure your own limits. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every AXITRAQ plan includes a 30-day free trial, so you can set up your assets and try the platform before you pay.
How does billing work?
Subscription plans are sold and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who handles payment and VAT. One-off products such as printed labels and stock lists are billed separately through Aditech's payment gateway.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details, including add-ons such as rented mobile numbers.
Does AXITRAQ offer a custom plan?
